What is FinxS®?
FinxS® is an assessment platform that provides clients a strategic and user-friendly system to meet their talent and organizational information needs. On one assessment platform, FinxS® offers hundreds of internationally validated assessments, multi-rater assessments, cognitive ability tests, competence assessments, team and organizational assessments, and surveys tailored to clients’ unique needs.
What makes the FinxS® Assessments Platform unique?
All assessments are on one integrated platform providing clients all their assessment needs without having to use different assessments and systems that do not integrate.
In addition to hundreds of assessments, FinxS® also allows clients to create their own assessments using FinxS® Report Designer, translate assessments to over 70 languages, create Job, Pair, Team and Organizational assessments, combine results across all assessments and tests, perform real-time analysis of results using FinxS® Playground and use FinxS® Executive Dashboard for organizational development and for analysis of trends, insights and problems.
How much does FinxS® cost?
We tailor pricing to your needs. You can choose a pricing model to fit your situation.
Is certification required?
No. Certification is not required. However, award-winning client and facilitator support is always available. For those who prefer, we offer several Certification options, all providing recertification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR or SHRM credits toward SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP recertification.
Are FinxS® Assessments validated?
Absolutely. Moreover, not only in one country with a small sample size. FinxS® is internationally validated to ensure high reliability and accuracy. The latest Validations Study has a sample size of 1,237,505 individuals and encompasses over 110 countries, 98 languages, different age groups, genders, and Code of Fair Testing practices.
Are FinxS® Assessments available in gender-inclusive language?
Yes. The assessments are available in gender-inclusive language that does not discriminate against a particular sex, social gender or gender identity, and does not perpetuate gender stereotypes.
Is FinxS® GDPR compliant?
Yes. FinxS® is fully GDPR compliant (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) as evidenced by annual Data Audit.
Make sure the assessments you choose are GDPR compliant as there are significant penalties for non-compliance. You may want to Google “GDPR fines.”
Do you provide free, ongoing support?
Yes. We do not rely on third-party resellers to support you on their terms. We have clear customer service standards including response times, proactive, regular check-ins to ensure clients are succeeding, and their in-house facilitators have the support they need to succeed.
